I was disappointed with how the artwork came out. It looked a bit rough compared to what I was expecting, and some of the colors and details just felt off. For the price, I thought it would look more polished.
I also tried reaching out about it, but the email replies felt like they were coming from a robot instead of an actual person, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Maybe others have had better experiences, but I don’t think I’d order again.

"Cool ideas, but maybe chill a little"
They definitely had some creative design ideas, and I’ll give them credit for that because a few things were genuinely cool. But some parts felt a bit too much, like they kept adding stuff when it probably would’ve looked better if they just stopped earlier. It wasn’t bad at all, just kind of a mixed bag for me. I liked the direction, but the final result wasn’t totally my style

"Pretty good overall, surprisingly"
I’d recommend them. The whole experience was good overall, which surprised me a bit because I’m usually skeptical of customer service and don’t expect much help if something goes wrong. But everything went smoothly, so I don’t really have any complaints.

The proof approval process was a headache. It felt confusing and took way longer than I expected. I thought I had approved one version, but then something different showed up, and when I reached out for help, support just kept pointing me back instead of really clearing things up. By the end, I just felt disappointed and stressed about the whole experience

I’ve ordered from gvartwork.com a few times, none of the results really matched each other. I used the same files, so I figured the colors and sizing would come out the same, or at least close, but each order seemed to have its own thing going on. Maybe I’m being picky, but if it’s repeat work, I feel like it shouldn’t be a guessing game. It just made it hard to trust them, and after a while it got frustrating

"customer service wasn’t helpful"
i asked a simple question and just kept getting short replies that didn’t really answer anything. it felt like they didn’t care, so i eventually just gave up.

I had a tough time using gvartwork.com because the instructions didn’t really click for me. I kept trying to spot the pattern in what they were asking for, but every step felt like it changed just enough that I had to go back and reread things a bunch of times.
Maybe it’s smoother if you already know how their process works, but as a first-time user I found it frustrating. I expected something more straightforward, and by the end I’d spent more time than I planned and still wasn’t totally sure I had done it right

The print file just didn’t seem usable. The lines came out blurry, and my printer ended up rejecting it completely. It felt like it wasn’t properly checked before being sent.

I ordered a custom illustration and it didn’t really look like what I asked for. I felt like I had to put in way too much effort explaining the details, and even then the final drawing still looked rushed. The style wasn’t what I expected either, so it was disappointing

"Works when it wants to"
The site is usable, but it kind of works when it wants to. On my phone it felt clunky, and a few pages took forever to load. I also had to tap around more than I should have just to find basic info. It’s not awful, but it could definitely be smoother, cleaner, and less frustrating to use.

"Colors were a bit off"
I ordered a print from GV Art + Design, it was fine overall. The design itself looked good, and the shipping was about what you’d expect, though I was definitely checking the tracking more than I should’ve because I just wanted it to get here already.
The main thing that bugged me was the color. On the site, it looked brighter and warmer, but the print I received was a little darker and kind of dull in comparison. It wasn’t awful or anything, but I was a bit annoyed because I expected it to match the preview more closely.
I’d probably order again if I wasn’t too worried about exact colors, but I wouldn’t count on the preview being perfect. For the price, it’s okay, I just wish the final product looked a little closer to what I thought I was buying.

I gave gvartwork.com a try, but it wasn’t the best experience. The site felt clunky, a few pages loaded strangely, and when I reached out for help, the email replies felt like they were written by robots. The answers were super basic and didn’t really address what I was asking. It just didn’t seem like there was much technical know-how behind the support, which was frustrating.

I just got the finished work back and it really wasn’t close to the design brief I sent over. Maybe I’m extra frustrated because it’s fresh, but this last experience left a bad impression. It felt like the main details I asked for were missed completely.

I had a problem with my order and wasn’t too happy about it at first. I reached out to support, and they got back to me and handled the refund without turning it into a big hassle. It took a little while, but it was simple enough and useful to have it sorted fairly in the end.

It was okay for what I paid, but I expected a little more. The product/service itself was decent enough, nothing really special, but what bothered me more was the way I felt talked down to when I asked a question. It kind of took away from the overall experience.

It came out looking decent overall, so I’m not mad about it. It’s just that the preview made me expect something a little different, and then when I got the finished product I had that moment of, “Oh, okay… I guess that’s close, but not exactly what I had in my head.” Kind of like when you order food from a picture and it still tastes fine, but visually it’s not quite the same thing. So yeah, not bad in the end, just not totally what I thought I was getting

They did send it over quickly, and I was able to make it work after a couple of tweaks. So I wouldn’t say it was bad, just more average than anything for me.
